Wind of God's Spirit
The Holy Spirit has been likened to the wind; powerful, invisible, and unpredictable. By faith, pull up your anchor, raise you sails and let the Holy Spirit send you out into the destiny God purposed for your life.
The wind blows wherever it pleases.
You hear its sound,
but you cannot tell where it comes from
or where it is going.
So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”
John 3:8
Destiny of Innocence
The gift of innocence! What an incredible gift! Like the innocence of a newborn baby - that is what Jesus brings to our troubled and stressed out world. There is no mess too overwhelming, no sin too outrageous, no guilt or shame so warranted, to cause anyone to be unworthy of the soul-liberating gift of innocence that Jesus freely offers every person willing to reach out and receive it.
For God made Christ, who never sinned,
to be the offering for our sin,
so that we could be made right with God
through Christ.
2 Corinthians 5:21
“Who is Wisdom?”
Wisdom calls a person into deep relationship with their Creator where they receive guidance to understand and use the knowledge, skills, resources and gifts that they have been entrusted with. It is in and from this relationship, we are empowered to joyfully live in harmony with God's divine nature and the unique purpose He designed for us.
I was there when he established the heavens,
when he drew the horizon on the oceans.
I was there when he set the clouds above,
when he established springs deep in the earth.
I was there when he set the limits of the seas,
so they would not spread beyond their boundaries.
And when he marked off the earth’s foundations,
I was the architect at his side.
I was his constant delight,
rejoicing always in his presence.
Proverbs 8:28-30
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God,
who gives generously to all without reproach,
and it will be given him.
But let him ask in faith, with no doubting,
for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea
that is driven and tossed by the wind.
James 1:5-6
Be Still
There is a place away from the cacophony of voices, opinions, and pressures of our world. It is a place of rest, a place where one can stand confidently firm and secure at the very edge of the unknown. God invites us to enter into that quiet place with him and enjoy the splendor of a heavenly vantage.
“Be still, and know that I am God!
I will be honored by every nation.
I will be honored throughout the world.”
Psalms 46:10
This is what the Sovereign Lord,
the Holy One of Israel, says:
“Only in returning to me
and resting in me will you be saved.
In quietness and confidence is your strength.
But you would have none of it.
Isaiah 30:15
Treasure
Just as the priceless treasure of the ‘Dead Sea Scrolls’ were hidden in clay jars, you too are like a simple clay jar created with the intent of containing a treasure of far, far greater value - the presence and power of God!
We now have this light shining in our hearts,
but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars
containing this great treasure.
This makes it clear that our great power
is from God,
not from ourselves.
2 Corinthians 4:7 NLT
Kingdom “Come”!
Nothing can stop Gods Kingdom from coming! Out of the darkness and gloom, it is thundering forth in loves power. Nothing can derail it. God's Kingdom carries God's children and all the resources needed to express God's love. It is the guiding light in dark times.
May your Kingdom come soon.
May your will be done on earth,
as it is in heaven.
Matthew 6:10 NLT
For your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom.
You rule throughout all generations.
The Lord always keeps his promises;
he is gracious in all he does.
Psalms 145:13
A Blessed Life
The world abounds with strategies that claim to guarantee success, yet they often demand a heavy price—exacting a toll not only on the pursuer but also on those swept up in the current of their ambition. Driven by impulsive desires and tainted advice, such paths frequently lead to disillusionment and a hollow sense of achievement.
Yet God invites us on a different path—a sacred design for a life marked by true blessing, joy, and abundance. His way is not shaped by worldly tactics, but grounded in eternal wisdom, unfailing love, and lasting fruit. To walk this path, we must turn from the empty promises of the world, draw near to Him, and anchor ourselves in His truth. In His presence, we discover not just strategies for success, but the way to genuine, everlasting Life.
Blessed is the one
who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
or sit in the company of mockers,
but whose delight is in the law of the Lord,
and who meditates on his law day and night.
That person is like a tree planted by
streams of water,
which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither—
whatever they do prospers.
Psalms 1:1-3
